Dirster (Dir-ST-er)
About Dirster
Dirster came about sometime after the Eladrin returned, making them be one of the youngest cities in the feywilds that has accepted all walks of life. The entire city keeps to itself and doesn't like meddling and all-around has a relaxing vibe. Many believe that this place started up because of how Marsafell is and some of the Eladrin wanted to get away from it, thus creating Dirster. The laws and punishments can be rather lacks but the more drastic it causes things to escalate really quickly.Demographics
Dirster is mostly inhabited by Eladrin that did not escape and instead decided to stay to help those in need, they also have a lot of different types of other fey creatures that live within their barrier.
The city has 144 noble houses. The peace is kept by 244 guardsmen, and there are 14 advocates to assist with legal matters. For those more concerned about their soul, there are 859 clergymen and 14 priests.

Government
Islay runs the whole city, though he normally has someone that handles the logistics for him. Unlike most places, the church does not have to pay a tax, but since Dirster counts the church as a business they also have to pay a tax depending on how much money they make. Taxes are used to help maintain the roads, buildings, barriers, and to pay for the protection of the guards.
