Aftmer

Just next to the ocean, a tall building made of both fabric and sandstone, allowing people of all walks of life the opportunity to learn how to sell merchandise, or maybe to create potions or crafting magical items. Though not known worldwide, they sell worldwide, making their products known, their logo recognizable to anyone inside Vaverish and out.

Structure

The leaders of three

Marie, Emre, Rylan all watch over the different departments of the guild, to make sure that everything is under working order and that everyone is getting along. Marie watches over the craftsmen that create items, be it magical or mundane. She works alongside Emre, who watches over those who make potions, making sure that no make anything too toxic. Last but not least is Rylan, she watches over the merchants, makes sure that those who travel are safe and make it back and works with both Marie and Emre to figure whos sells whos crafts and also manages the airship yard for worldwide trade. Once the time has come to retire, they will either hand over the guild to their offspring, or appoint only those that have a deep understanding of the guild; it's goals, ethics, and quality. If neither one of these happens, then the guild will disband, stopping all shipments.

Craftsmen

This section of the guild has its own set of ranks, which one can achieve by making objects, machinery, or magical items that sell well, once you hit both the item count, after that the crafter must go through a test that differs with each rank.

Apprentice Crafters

Where every Articfers and Alchemist start, only being given the most basics of ingredients and materials, and also they get taught by either the guild leaders or by the master ranked artisans. To get their names out there, Rylan has this ranks crafts to be sold only in Vaverish with the traveling merchants. To be able to get accepted into this rank, the person must be 16 years or older and show off their creations that best show their abilities. If the leaders Marie and Emre see that the person has potential but does not display enough skill to be in the guild, they put them under a particular rank known as the Assistant rank. The only thing the Assistant does is help out those in higher positions while also being taught. They d materials or ingredients of their own, each year, they get another chance to prove themselves, but after the 3rd year, they are let go.

Journeymen

This rank the Crafters get access to more material and ingredients that allow them to make more advanced crafts, some of the components and materials can be harmful but nothing deadly. The works get sold locally and around the continent. They also teach the lower rank about safety measures and the fundamentals for their craft, whether it is potions, magical items, or just an everyday object. To get to this rank, the crafter must have an understanding of safety and the potential dangers that the ingredients can cause to them and those around them. They also would have to make an item or potion that reflex them as a crafter, their go-to piece that they use to help aid them in their craft.

Master

Handling the most toxic ingredients, rarely sacrifices are made, but they do occur under the permission of the leaders. These ranks works are shipped worldwide and locally; they also teach the lower ranks percussion and how to use the more advanced tools. To get to this rank, the crafter must make an original item or potion, one of uniqueness; something defines you as a crafter, something that allows you to stand out among the Journeymen.

Merchants

They take the items that are given to them and sell them, either locally in Sadra to all around the world. Their ranks are more based on sales made and the understanding in economic.

Localmen

Where every salesperson starts, being it considered dangerous to let civilians travel even between two kingdoms, they are to stay in the territory of Sadra. This rank gets basic training in economics, finances, and ethics. They sell anything that the Journeymen or masters make while also maintaining a good relationship with their assigned crafter. To join, the person must make a sales pitch to Rylan and show their ability to sell and their understanding of economics. If they show potential, they become a sales assistant; a sales assistant would go out and retrieve the items from the crafter, while also learning on the job about how to run a shop.

Travel Merchant

These merchants are taught to defend themselves against elements and the monsters that roam before being let out to travel. They sell the Apperantace's items and make sure that every kingdom gets the things that they need, such as weapons and armor. They get taught more advanced economics safety and survival skills. The merchant must start establishing their brand, working with their crafter to get their logo, shop name, and colors.

Global Merchant

Traveling all over the world of Valmet, pitching, and delivering. They learn to defend against both the elements of the sky and ground. They learn more about the monsters that the guild has come across over the years they have been around. They teach lower ranks of the dangers of the world and what to suspect when it comes to pitching their crafter's crafts. Getting to this rank is rather hard, but a person can get into this rank by showing high skills in pitching and finances they are taught on how to control and handle airships and what to look out for out in the open skies.
