Culture
Major language groups and dialects
Shesha, a slow-spoken, melodic language which incorporates whistles and humming.
Average technological level
Shendwar, largely due to the unavailability of resources in Southern Rimor, have been unable to develop technology beyond copper and bronze casting, with some areas still limited to stone technology. Weaponry more advanced may be found in the hands of the Shendwar, but this only occurs when the Shendwar has either traded or taken the equipment from outside cultures, and this is very rare. Agricultural development was also limited as there were few domesticate-able animals in Southern Rimor. Due to these limitations, Shendwar have a large emphasis placed on magical proficiency for uses both in and out of combat.
Ideals
Beauty Ideals
Tattoos are very common in Shendwar culture, and more elaborate tattoos are given for each accomplishment the person performs. Tattoos are self-done, so the beauty of them is a show of both their artistic skill as well as pain tolerance. The tattoos are also useful magically, as they act as a sort of magical focus which enables the Shendwar to more precisely and efficiently cast magical spells.
