Verenestra the Oak Princess Verenestra (a.k.a. The Tree mother)

Verenestra the Oak Princess has been hailed as the mother of Dryads, the woman of the oak ties the world trees roots to all the trees across the multiverse to the best of her ability, travelling threw these roots and seeds and spreading the forests of the fey to wherever she can, her children are left within these trees to guard the forests of man and creatures to protect nature and to spread its growth.

Normally depicted as a tree sprite, a dryad or sometimes an elven woman.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

The mother of trees, the mother of Oak, the mother of dryads and the creatures whom inhabit her roots. Seen as a motherly figure to most however her obsession of growth and expansion can be problematic to those whom live near or within her forests. Theres a tale from the old Druids that if one would harm an oak tree they would be cut open from the abdomen and there in-trails pulled out and wrapped around that tree as they are tied to that tree until death. This practice is long gone but some reports of old druidic tribes still do exist of such rituals and the punishment for hurting divine Oak trees.
