Relkath of the elements (a.k.a. The patron hag, old witch, the elemental chaos)

Relkath of the elements is a tale to scare children, the Archfey of blood and hags. Many books talk about Relkath the being of old dark rituals and forbidden dark ways taking small children in the night, having many sacrifices of the pure given to them. Their purpose is unknown and seen as evil most of the time, however there are some tombs that tell of Relkath saving travellers from the fey monsters and some of which they guide the path to weary broken travellers and then leaving them to live. However most sources say that Relkath is the patron of Hags and haggish beings, witches and sorceresses as they are one of the provers of dark and old magic.
