Harvick Fashad: Captain of Lockport

Harvick is the Captain of Lockport. He was voted in ages ago and few are willing to get him out of his position. He seems to be a fair man despite, or perhaps due to, his history as a pirate. Unfortunately his position has made many people in the capitol Fayne and traders union upset enough to pull support from the city leaving many in serious financial trouble. Still the majority of people would prefer a just leader over money and since he fraternizes quite frequently with the public, most accept him as one of their own.
