Vasnaril

One of the four beastfolk, The Vasnaril are the cat folk. Similarly to Valians, Vasnaril are varied based on their distribution. They can be various types of felines, from common house cat to tiger.

Beastfolk Curse

Before their creation, the original beastfolk were in fact Valians, who desecrated a forest shrine. The Nature Primal, Vanious, punished them with a curse to turn them animal-like, and separated to different parts of the planet.
The Valians sees the beastfolk as a lesser race, and legalized enslaving their kind.

Anatomy

The anatomy of Vasnaril resembles an anthropomorphic cat. Unlike cats, they have opposable thumbs and the ability to speak. They are typically larger than Valians

Genetics and Reproduction

Vasnaril will birth in litters, but gestation will take longer. Vasnaril cannot breed half-lings with other Beastfolk.

They've adapted to deserts, wetlands, high-altitude mountains, and forests.

Beastfolk aren't even considered people from most Townfolk species, particularly Valians. They will kidnap and enslave Beastfolk regularly.
