Whoever has the most money every six years in the Kingdom of Emtu gets this title. They act like a king, with a balancing group called the Poor Men of Congress. They are chosen during an event called The Counting. You need to have the most money in the kingdom by the end of The Week's Counting. Someone is raised to this rank where they put 9 silver coins in The Baiku River at The Great Temple.
Responsibilities
They must handle a lot of the major disputes.
Benefits
The Richman of Emtu gets the taxes after they have been given to the Poor Man's Congress.

They don't get anything special other than a staff with a huge silver coin.
