The city of Baikwat is the capital city of Emtu, notable for how it is built around the Kwob River. It is often described as "A layered city full of twists and turns all surrounding a single river." The city is home to the castle of Bukwo, a towering fort made of a deep, blue, stone. Most days, the inside of the castle is dark and lit up by torches. When the sun passes underneath the castle on the west side, the castle reflects the light and puts most of the city in a deep blue shadow.
