Evver’Rhest

A province of Vaeterra ruled by archbishops and cardinals of death. The whole province is focused around the culture of death and the afterlife and it is believed that spirits who die in Everrest are unable to cross over into the next life. There are temples, ruins, and mausoleums everywhere and the atmosphere itself is potent with spiritual energy. It's cities are cold and decrepit and the few farms that exist barely provide enough food for the province. Despite this, it's ambassadors refuse to accept or offer and any resources from its neighbors.

Geography

Nearly the entire province is covered in a thick sheet of ice. Around the coast there are marshy wetlands that are almost completely uninhabited due to the freezing cold winds that never stops blowing.

Fauna & Flora

The trees here always appear dead and offer very little as far as resources. There are small shrubs but no grass.
