The Ironmark Syndicate

The Ironmark syndicate is a corporatocracy, based in the north eastern corner of the The Shattered Realm. Founded by the leading merchant guild in the area during the Sundering, the state now runs as one large business, it's population are divided into shareholders and employees. 
with close ties to the dwarves, their major trading partner, the syndicate is a prosperous, efficient nation. The Syndicate is run by an executive board, drawn from the ranks of the shareholders every 4 fours years, however if profits drop they may be replaced sooner. The syndicate seeks to grow by unifying the shattered Realm, once this is done they would be a major power on the continent and with access to a huge wealth of raw materials would be able to gain profits even the dwarves would envy.
