Sparkling blue wine
A particular region on the slopes of the mountain produces grapes that are blue thanks to the unique composition of soil. The blue grapes are cultivated and grown on the slopes of Mountains and then harvested during the summer solstice.
The grapes are sorted after quality and only the finest grapes get put into large buckets to be crushed by a Prism quartzite mortar.
The wine then ferments in large barrels, get's bottled and ferment again to get natural carbonation. The end product is a clear blue sparkling wine with a very fruity fragrance with notes of apricot, peach, elder berries, honey and yellow apple. The flavor is a dry fruity taste with notes of lemon zest, peach, elder, honey and yellow apples. Photo by Jaeyoon Jeong on Unsplash, I modified the color of the liquid in the glas.
