It is primary found in the City of Light where it grows as biproduct of the device that keeps the city afloat.

The Divine Light have mastered molding prism quartzite in to a beautiful sparkling clay that they make pottery from. They also know how to break it almost like slate to get roof tiles and windows. Flakes are put in to clothes and the dust is used as makeup or to make things sparkle.
