Demographics

Demographics: Human (47%), Halfling (28%), Elf (19%), Gnome (3%), Dwarf (1%), Half-Elf (1%), Half-Orc (1%). Humans hold the majority of wealth per population, followed by half-elves, elves, dwarves, gnomes, halflings, and half-orcs. The majority of the population are farmers or fishermen. There are some guilds and artisans, but Taedmorden is agriculturally based. Overall, the population seems to be doing well and is in good spirits.

Government

Thralkeld and the surrounding regions are all under the jurisdiction of the local Baron, Godfrey Astley, who serves under the King Manfred (Wentworth) II.

Defences

The village has a basic stone wall and a fort. Natural defenses include the lake. There are around 50-100 guards stationed in this town.

Industry & Trade

The majority of the people here are farmers and fishermen, trading to the not too far off place city of Vriekson or the village of Taedmorden. While there are artisans and other specialists, none of them is the top in their field or class.

There isn't anything of note in terms of infrastructure. Besides basic ports and bridges, Thralkeld is a fairly unassuming town. While there is a keep, walls, and a church, none are outstanding enough to be recognized.

Geography

Thralkeld sits on the banks of Kirkmiota Lake. Farms spread around the town, with the occasional tree patch of trees interrupting the horizon.
