Utropia

Utropia is a man made planet the size of a small country. It was carefully engineered for over millenia by a former american scientist Neil DeGrasse Tyson, who sought to build a perfect, self-sustainable haven for humanity. Utropia is a giant magnet that holds everything in place with its electromagnetic field. It has agriculture fields, animal farms and water main built under its surface. Neil has also installed an asteroid detection program along with the Vanes that extend out from 6 towers of the planet and are able to create a disturbance in its air envelope, causing Utropia to adjust its position if the need presents itself.

According to Neil's original plan no ecosystem should develop on Utropia apart from specially controlled zones. However he wasn't able to to forsee how popular Utropia would grow. Besides being a political and research center for humanoids, it has also become a major trading planet attracting alien species from all over the universe. The trade has grown out of control and was hard to regulate. Within the first few decades an underground black market was established where illegal goods and slaves were being smuggled in. With all the new life forms constatntly coming in and out new ecosystems were bound to develop outside the major cities. Utropia has now been split into zones based on the danger each one presents. Most of the cities fell under white category, being deemed the safest. Some smaller uncontrolled settlements were called yellow. Everything on the outside was split between red and black zones, the latter being the most dangerous ones.

Neil himself has mysteriously disappeared shortly after Utropia was built and the Awakening occured. No one has heard about his wherabouts ever since. Some speculated he has completed his life's mission and decided to finally pass away in secret. Some say he was still observing his creation from the shadows choosing not involve himself in our politics and some say he went to travel the mysterious plane of existence, the Astral Sea, to obtain rare knowledge and some day return back to humanity.

Eirene

Eirene is the biggest metropolis on the planet and is also its capital, where embassies from all the different planets are located. Eirene is a political center of Utropia and is named after daughter of Zeus and Themis, goddess of peace, Eirene.

The Crossroads

The Crossroads is one of the biggest trading port cities of Utropia. It is located where the three boggest utropian roads meet each other, making it the perfect location for trade and information exchange. The Crossroads is also famous for its black auction, where rare and illegal goods such as slaves, drugs, aliens or artifacts are sold.
