Technocratic Queen Of The Laniakea Imperial Technocracy Athaetus Likana (a.k.a. Queen Athaetus uses the alias Alisha Luminescence)

Queen Athaetus of the Laniakea Imperial Technocracy is the longest reigning monarch in all of recorded Human history. She has been the puppeteer of some of the largest wars to take place in Laniakea and is a master in the art of ruling intergalactic empires.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

She has a slender body packed to the brim with expensive bionic implants. These implants allow her to resist pain and utilise an array of psionic powers making her effectively the most powerful human psychic in Lankiakea.

Body Features

She has a slim, feminine body covered in artificial skin. Her arms are slightly longer and thinner than that or a normal person's but this is due to her implants rather than a genetic disposition.

Facial Features

Her face is slender and pale with two golden metallic lines each past the eyes. Her lips gleam in a rosy silver colour and her eyelashes glint in the light.

Special abilities

Athaetus can use her psionic powers to generate electrical pulses which allow currents to jump everywhere across a room provided it has enough conductors. She can also levitate and use telekinesis to throw objects with extreme force. She has atom thin blades built into her artificial arms along with plasma railguns; she may be a Queen but she is also one of the most powerful warriors in Laniakea.

Apparel & Accessories

She often uses to wear crimson-orange resembling the colour of her eyes over her non-invasive exoskeleton. These robes are extravagant and complex, draping down across her throne room. Strips of fabric with interwoven wires twitch and move like muscles, dancing around.

Personal history

Athaetus served as a diplomat under her father during the time of the United Galactic Nations. Following the UGN's collapse, her nation broke out into turmoil and their broken economy left them open to invasion. To prevent this, her father and herself banded together with their neighbours and formed the unified technocracy. Athaetus' father was appointed head of international relations and she yet again worked underneath him once more. 
Years passed after the collapse of the UGN and development began to stagnate. The economy was still in the process of recovery and international relations were sub-optimal. Athetus' father knew that the Unified Technocracy wasn't very popular in the Virgo cluster and despite being larger than its neighbours, was looked at with contempt or seen as naive. He realised that the Technocracy would never achieve peaceful unity with its neighbours and so decided on a different course of action. He hired foreign diplomats to spread rumours that the Technocracy was considering annexing its neighbours which caused outrage among the other nations. The friction resulted in warfare between the Technocracy and its neighbours killing nonillions of people and AIs. The damage caused to the Unified Technocracy was immense and fingers were being pointed all around as to who incited the rumours. The turmoil ultimately resulted in Athaetus' father overthrowing the Unified Technocracy and reforming it into the Laniakea Imperial Technocracy with a goal to obtain absolute power across Laniakea.
In the year 5630206 AD, Athetus' father and king for over one million years died after contracting blackmort. He rather that he died instead of spending the rest of his life in psionic quarantine. This left Athaetus to rule the empire alone and to fulfil her father's ultimate goal.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Athaetus has won countless wars. She pushed back the Cinis as well as the Extinctiocustodians, and conquered billions of nations. She's rebuilt the empire's economy time and time again and annihilated legions of demons.

Failures & Embarrassments

She feels massive shame at the rise of the Cinis, as well as at the creation and revolt of the Extinctiocustodians. Her psionic implants make her powerful but they also prevent her from leaving the psionic cloaking field around her capital; she feels trapped and only finds escapism through simulated reality. Her recent failed campaigns have also brought her shame.

Mental Trauma

Athaetus' mother left her after birth and never contacted her or her father again.As well as this, the loss of her father left Athaetus devastated and she vowed to complete his work at any cost. Her psionic implants also cause her fragmented visions of Dimension B during her dreams; she claims to feel that a hostile, enigmatic force of some kind is journeying to Laniakea as a result of these. These visions cause her great anxiety and she lives in constant fear of this eldritch force that she believes is beckoning her to a specific rogue planet deep within the Eridanus Void at the edge of Laniakea.

Watching in omniscient ignorance, the vacuum births a stillborn child. Animus Finis beckons us forth to meet its icy grave as nightmares bleed into the minds of life. And there it lingers is silence, slowly creeping. Watching. Waiting. Icy dust delivers itself to the event horizon and all fall silent into the void."

Intellectual Characteristics

She is a master of tactical warfare and political manoeuvring. Nobody else could run such a monumental empire with as much success as her. She's learned from years of experience (as well as neurological implants) how to wage war, rapidly repair the economy, and initiate in complex diplomacy.

Morality & Philosophy

She ultimately wants to protect her Empire and its people against the existential threats summoned by the universe. She wishes to do this by continuing her father's legacy to dominate the supercluster. Despite her violent warmongering, she genuinely does want to make Laniakea a safe haven for all species be them Human, AI, or Alien. She simply experiences the delusion of her father and sadly lives in fear of threats from the deepest abyssal voids in the universe.

Taboos

She is terrified of allowing herself to be drawn out to the rogue planet Soul's End. Her visions have grown stronger ever since the first time she experienced them and now she even sleepwalks towards the exit of her psionic chamber. It is the one thing she will avoid under any circumstance; she won't even sent an automated team to quarantine the world since she's so petrified that any orders she gives in regards to Soul's End will initiate something that she won't be able to stop.
