Salem Satanism
Structure
The Eternal Priestess herself is not particularly involved with the organization of Satanism, instead primarily being worshiped, smiting those who displease her, and creating horrific monstrosities. Instead, the Point of Soul of the Greater Covens is considered the High Priest, with his Coven of Soul makes up what might be called the clergy.
Public Agenda
The goals of the Eternal Priestess are the goals of the religion. As such, they attempt to spread their influence so that the Eternal Priestess can perform the Great Ritual, thus invading the world with an army of fiends.
History
Founded with the Eternal Priestess' rise to power, she soon explained her plans to unleash Hell on Earth to her Inner Coven, each of whom she gave a role, as well as a geas to find others to recruit to their own covens.
Mythology & Lore
The Coven of Soul states that the time of the Apocalypse has come, and the time between the scouring of the earth and the final war is now. They also state that the Eternal Priestess is the daughter of Satan, the Antichrist, who was banished once, but only returned more powerful, and that once her worship has encompassed the Land Between the Oceans she will have enough power to open the gates to hell. At that point the Dragons, under the leadership of Pontifex Drakonikos II will recognize her as the end of days and join her war against all other nations, and eventually Heaven.
Priesthood
The Coven of Soul makes up what could be called a priesthood, being in charge of spreading the belief that the Eternal Priestess is the daughter of Satan.
Granted Divine Powers
Those that join one of the Covens are taught the secrets of that coven, which generally include a variety of dark powers, such as curses, absorption of life energy, and the methods to create horrific monstrosities.
