New England
Geography
The northeasternmost region of the former United States, made up of mountains and forests, as well as the northernmost end of the Appalachian Mountains.
Fauna & Flora
Much of the life in the region has been twisted into strange and frightening forms by the resident covens, who prefer darkness and fog. While most animals are recognizable, creatures such as wolves and rats are notably larger, more vicious, and darker in fur color. Deer and moose have developed razor-sharp antlers and hooves, and some say a thirst for blood as well.
Natural Resources
Fish and lumber continue to be important resources, though the magic of the Lesser Covens reduce the need for them. Coal continues to be mined for its usefulness, and gold is also still found in small quantities.
