Shy Fiddles

One of the rare human kids running about, Shy Fiddles finds it awkward to speak in front of people due to a speech impediment but has no hesitation when it comes to fists.
His steely determination allowed him to get position of head urchin of the Two Cart Road group, these urchins watch the main road and run messages up and down it's length.
