Roc Dragons are infertile, born in Blood Dragons clutches. While they are affiliated with their parent they also form strong fraternal bonds with their clutch mates. Their infertility also doesn't stop them marrying and/or adopting children (usually other Roc Dragons from the same parent but different a clutch).
