He Who Reigns

An ancient dread Daemon-God of the Liberti Conclave. He rules over a wasteland of cold ice and commands the Frost Giants in an endless war against the many other gods of the Conclave. It is prophesied that one day he will win that war, and it will mean the cold death of the universe.
