Stickney University

Stickney University is a university and college located on the Martian moon of Phobos. The crater, covered in a dome, has been transformed into a habitable location.
It is the only location on phobos which has a permanent population, as well as the only non-mining location on a Martian moon. As well as the university and college grounds there is a lake called Limtoc
