Teleportation

Prerequisite: Telekinesis
Dice pool: Intelligence + Arcane Power + Teleportation  

• Minor Teleportation

Cost: 1 Mana.
Action: Instant.
Description: Able to teleport objects anywhere within eye-sight. The object in question must be physically touched unless the caster can also use Telekinesis. This used together with Telekinesis also lets the caster teleport the object to somewhere they have physically been in the past.

•• Minor Portal:

Cost: 1 Mana. Action: Instant
Description: Able to create portals of size 3 or less within eye-sight. or if used together with Telekinesis to someplace the caster has been in the past. These portals last 3 seconds pr. success. Or until caster wills them to close. The caster can choose to channel her portalcasting, feeding more mana into them to keep them open. The same mana expenditure must be done every turn they channel. Alternatively the caster can charge the spell for up to 3 turns, doubling the duration pr. success each time.

Cost: 2 Mana.
Action: Instant.
Description: Able to teleport him or herself anywhere within eye-sight, or if used together with Telekinesis to anywhere the caster has been in the past.This can also be used to teleport another person, rules about Telekinesis still applies. Action: Instant, though uses the casters turn to complete. - Unless used together with Celerity. In which case the caster can teleport and do another action such a attack.

Cost: 2 Mana.
Action: Instant.
Description: Able to create portals as big and tall as 3 meters within eye-sight. The same rules as above about Telekinesis applies. The caster can choose to channel her portalcasting, feeding more mana into them to keep them open. The same mana expenditure must be done every turn they channel. Alternatively the caster can charge the spell for up to 3 turns, doubling the duration pr. success each time.

••••• Mass Teleportaion

Cost: 2 mana pr. person. or object bigger than size 3. 1 mana pr. object size 2 of smaller.
Action: Instant
Description: Able to teleport as many people as her dots in Arcane Power within eye-sight or somewhere the caster has been in the past by adding Telekinesis.

•••• Teleportation Circle

Prerequisite: Teleportation •••••, Telekinesis ••••
Cost: 4 mana.
Dice pool: Intelligence + Arcane Power.
Action: Instant
Description: A caster can create a teleportation circle that can be activated at will. This circle however needs an identical circle at the other end to work. On the ground certain runes of power has to be drawn. On three sides of the circle, special focal gems (Azure Arcanenite – a special magical crystal) must be put in place, often held in elaborate waist high candleholder-like contraptions. Each stone must have 10 mana channeled into them, as well as 1 willpower each. This allows the gems to regenerate their magical power and the circle can be used 3 times a day by anyone. When all of this is done, the caster expends 4 mana to activate the circle for the first time. The caster can choose to add more crystals to the circle, each crystal added gives the circle 1 more use pr. day.
