Monastery of St. George
High in the Mountains of lies the < Monastery of St. George >. The Monastery is built into the side of a huge snow-topped mountain overlooking the < Arlak-pass >. The Legend goes, that during the time of < the third great war > the priest of < Kadum > waited for 17 days for an Army of the < Sekilik > to pass through the pass to bring down lightning and Thunder upon them and Bury their corpses under tons of Rock. This task delayed the arrival of enemy support forces enough that the Army of the < kingdom of Tarin > could muster and arrive at the war front and with it, save the whole kingdom from destruction. It is said, that during the night, the winds still carry the cries of the buried through the pass to be a constant reminder of the near destruction avoided by St. George. This tasked was so straining, that it cost the life of St. George, and later after the war was won, a friendly high priest decided to build a monastery at the side of this sacrifice.
