Feue

One of seven floating continent groupings. Feue was unique when it launched.The magic used to lift the continent was used twice: the first time was used for the royal palace and part of the adjacent lake, the second time it was used was for the large bay that Feue used to lead sea based attacks in Unio. Because these two locations were not adjacent time was used with the rotation of Unio to allow for them to be vertically aligned. The top floating island contains the Capital fortress of Caviton. The warped hills to the north twisting with the power of the lifting. The base of the hills lined with trees and plains. The plains hold the past in the present, the empty ruins of the once all encompassing military leaving empty training camps, prisoner of war encampments, and even entire ghost towns. The plains reach south until meeting the lake. Lake Cavit is broad and calm, the reflections unwavering. The edge of the lake, know as Source Falls, is an endless waterfall. Millions of gallons of water fly down from the lake onto the lower island. The lower island, Syuno, has 2 crescent shaped land masses. The outside landmass is the coast of an enclosed mountain bay once used by the Caviton military back on Unio. The military base now in the water because of Source Falls falling right on top of it. The East and West side of Syuno's outer crescent are lined in trees and and closer to the bay are sandy beaches. The water in the bay of Syuno is calmer the more south you travel, and calmest in the inner bay of the smaller crescent. The water near the south edge of Syuno is extremely calm, just before rushing into a downward fall into the air. Hence at the northernmost part of the bay, where Source Falls enters the water it is rushing south. The inner crescent located inside the bay's body of water, called Pirate's Convex, is where the other portion of the population lives, or at least calls home. The crescent shaped landmass is home of people who call themselves pirates. Scum of Unio who have used magic and technology together to reuse and rebuild their ships into floating and flying vessels after the Great Lifting.

Pirates use the difficulty of finding Feue to their advantage and keep the location of it hidden. Thus Feue Pirates are known around the other countries as murderers, thieves, and downright savages. Yet in the Syuno, Pirates are known for their acclaim, wealth, and mannerism.
