Transfer Suffering

Prereq: Hexer, Journeyman rank Magic Skill
Target creature takes any damage dealt to the hexer for the duration of the hex. DR and resistance from either the hexer or target apply, whichever is higher. If the target leaves the range of the hex, it immediately ends.
