Putrefy Consumable

Prereq: Hexer, Journeyman rank Magic Skill
Target creature’s consumable items that are taken orally, such as foods and potions, that are being actively carried on their person are spoiled. If the consumable is magical or provides active effects, such as potions, each individual item receives a save against the effect.
