Pellet Bullet

This special shot release a spray of pellets in a small arc allowing for multiple targets to be struck. This bullet is only effective within a weapons first range increment. However, it can deal damage to swarms and will hit adjacent creatures to the target dealing half damage to them if the attack roll also hits them.
