Hexer

Prereqs: 14 Fellowship, Apprentice Magic Skill   Hexes allow the character to manifest their will in various supernatural ways. Activating a hex requires a single basic action and can affect any valid target within 30ft + 5ft per highest magic rank bonus of the hexer. Once active, hexed creatures do not have to remain within the hex range for the hex to persist. Some hexes may have different limitations that will be listed in the hex.   Any hex that is used against an unwilling target gives a Soul save, DC 10 + Fellowship Modifier + Half Highest Magic Rank Bonus, to resist. All effects of hexes are Curses.   The character can have a number of active hexes at a time equal to their Fellowship modifier. By default a target may only have 1 hex on them at a time. The base duration of any hex that has ongoing effects is the hexer's FEL modifier + half highest magic skill rank bonus.   When this talent is purchased the hexer receives a number of Minor Hexes for free equal to half their Fellowship modifier.   Special: The hexer may only have a single Grand Hex.
