Prereq: Bardic Performance, Master Rank Performance, Lullaby
When attempting to use the Lullaby talent the character may choose to affect a number of targets equal to their fellowship modifier, or send the target into a deep slumber that can not be woken from without taking damage or they are recieved a long rest, whichever happens first.
