Grasp Emotion

Prereq: Hexer, Journeyman rank Magic Skill
Target creature has their emotion track for a single emotion adjusted a number of steps equal to FEL mod in a direction the hexer chooses for the duration of the hex. The emotion affected by this hex is chosen when this hex is purchased. This hex may be taken multiple times, choosing a different emotion each time.
