Craft: Runeforging

A character trained in craft Runeforging is adept at using magic and magic materials to enhance existing items. They can use these materials to enchant items with effects ranging from a flaming sword, to boots that allow the wearer to fly. With enough or strong enough materials, these effects can be permanent.
