Compelling Harmony

Prereq: Professional Perform, Bardic Performance, Basic Harmony
Basic harmony now works with allies within 60 ft. And as a standard action a character with this talent may expend a round of performance to increase the DC or numerical benefits of an allies performance by 2 for 1 round.
