Ether

When the Primordials began in this universe, it was a blank canvas with nothing but them. With their innate power they willed into existence matter known know as Ether. This Ether was easily malleable and was used to create all atoms in the universe. The main producing agent of Ether currently are stars, which are made out of concentrated Ether which has been sparked to create massive amounts of energy. The product of these stars consuming Ether is pure Ether again, making it a source of matter which will never expire. They created the Perfect Cell using very pure and concentrated Ether which they derived from their own bodies, which allowed the Perfect Cell to be incredibly adaptable for any environment. The main creation of it was the gods who had a near seamless connection with the Ether Void, a place where Ether can be obtained and utilized for the Primary Plane. They used it very liberally and had major power over it. When The Blemished were formed they had a strong connection to the Ether Void, however they did not have as strong as a connection as the gods. They primarily used Ether with their Arcane Mechanics, as it was an incredibly potent power source and was useful for things such as wiring. When The Blemished were exterminated and the humanoids rose to power, they did not have a connection to the Ether Void at all. The only individuals who could naturally use Ether were those with a genetic mutation similar to The Blemished, those who did not have this rare genetic mutation needed to use what is known as Ether Keys. Ether Keys are objects which have an unnaturally strong connection to the Ether Void. They usually consist of objects left by primitive members of The Blemished or just unnaturally conductive items that were connected to the Ether Void. Those who have a devout worship of gods can gain the power to channel Ether from their god, and some truly gifted artists have discovered that music is also a gateway to the Ether Void, using vibrations from their songs to open a rift.

Manifestation

Pure Ether is stark white, but can be turned into any matter. Ether Energy is also pure white, however its color can be changed via an Ether Lens.

Localization

Ether flows within every atom of the universe. This is because every atom is made from Ether as that is how the Primordials created the universe, by molding Ether into physical form.
