Niv has a deal with the local government that exempts him from all taxes so long as he, in turn, bequeaths his Adamantine Golem to the state once he has passed. He is also obliged in times of a state war to pass on his Golem for its duration. This agreement has allowed Niv to get away with numerous shenanigans in the past wich no normal person would have been able to get away from.
Wealth & Financial state
The proud owner of an Ancient Adimintine Golem by the name of Azenroth IX worth over nine-million Guildar. Making him richer than most large guilds with a single item. This was an item passed down from his late farther the Archmage Galdizar Nalbree after his fall at the battle of Riggandzar at the hand of the Ancients.
