"You can't bring a Bruhgg in hear, this a is a civilised place." The lady was quite insistent that he should leave if he intends to bring his pet into the hall. Indeed he was getting all manner of strange stares from those attending the banquet. "He is my friend Miss" Maklak replied. "I know it sounds strange, but he stopped a bullet from hitting me last time I was out there in the field." She glanced down at Gungroth then back up at Maklak. "You don't look much like a soldier, where is your uniform?". "I left it Miss, it was covered in holes and I did not have the presence of mind to keep it for repairs.". "So you are a deserter then." The statement hurt as it hit his ears. While it was true that he may very well be a deserter, he never took anything with him save the clothes on his back. He didn't seal any of the equipment he was given like many who leave the lines.
