Magical Vagabond

You gain one special slot for the Arcane Arts. This comes in the form of an extra Multi-Class slot with a limited level. Once an in-game month, you may swap out this class with another Magical class at the same level so long as it is not either your primary or secondary class. This Class slot uses your Tier as its spell caster modifier allowing you to cast spells equally regardless of your state. This Class slot still requires you to invest levels into it as you level up if you want to increases it.   You may hold a number of levels in this class slot equal to your Tier.

Racial Features

Fairy Dust

You produce fairy dust whenever you are subjected to a hash collision.
You produce whenever you receive damage. The amount reduces is equal to one Dram for every full hit dice lost. You may not shed more than 1 Ounce of Fairy Dust a day. Any damage received beyond this point does not produce any more but has no other adverse effects. You may purposefully produce fairy dust without hurting yourself at a rate of 1d4 Drams a turn by flapping your wings vigorously.   Fairy Dust has uses in a number of alchemical practices, as spell components or even in some crafting or food recipes. It may also produce adverse effects, such as allergic reactions in some creatures and entities.

You are considerably hefty for a member of your race.
You gain +2 to your consitution, 10 extra-base hitpoints and your maximum constitution is increased by 10. However, your movement speed and maximum flight altitude is reduced by half. This halving is applied after all other modifiers with the exception of spell modifiers.   (This actually allows you to have a higher constitution than a baseline human at max level)

By imbuing your Fairy Dust with magic you are able to put a hapless target into a slumber.

Movment Action Takedown

Hitpoint Threshould: Tier x 10
Saving Throw: 10 Wis or Con
  Failing this save causes the target to fall asleep. Being subjected to any sort of damage or lough enough noise will awaken them from their slumber. Otherwise, they will awaken after they have completed a short rest.   Any fairy dust you produce loses this attribute after 1 minute regardless of how it is stored. It requires the expenditure of 1d4 drams of Fairy Dust to produce this effect. If you have reached the maximum amount you can produce in a day you are unable to use this ability. If a quantity of at least 2 drams is blown into a targets face it will cause them to have to make this save a DC of 15. using the Feide who produced the dust's Tier as the Hitpoint Threshold. It is a bonus action to blow duct into a creature's face, but a standard action to gather it up from the ground. If deposited directly into the hand by a Feide or through ha container such as a vile it may simply be blown directly.

This attack fires a number of projectiles at a target in rapid succession. Each shot after the first is done with a 1d6 instead of a d20 with all modifiers intact.

Hag Fairy

By tapping into some significantly dark powers you are able to cast spells well beyond most mortals.
You gain access to an exclusive spell list only normally usable by Hags. As a consequence of this, your Creature type also changes to Fiend with all the trapping that come with it.

Magical Cameleon

You may change your magical Vagabond Class once per day. In adtion you keep hold of any unspet class resorces for each class you use for a month after use instead of losing them during the change.   Upon reaching level 40 this is reduced to only needing a short rest.
