"May the light shine eternal upon our golden city."Sitting proudly as the seat of power for the Grand Duchy of Solstar Dawn Hammer rest upon centuries of history. Dawn hammer if made for its gleaming brass and sometimes even gold domes around the roofs of its buildings. The city itself is dedicated to the Goddess Iillora, with the after-mentioned domes being built in her honor. As a major Godshold the crime rate here is virtually none existent, with sun blisters, know to lash the backs of those attempting to pickpockets under the light of day. Though this comes at the cost of being constantly monitored. But for thoughts that are determined to act upon ill intentions, it is a lot easier to commit crimes at night while the sun is away. There are many great vaults that can be found thought the Shining City.

Defences
During the day there is almost no need for guards as Iillora's powerful presence here makes any crime committed during daylight very unlikely. It is during the night that the cities aptly named Night Guard keep a strong presence. The Dawn Guard maintains a small presence here, though this is mostly ceremonial. As would-be assault would likely be vaporised once they reached the daylight hours.
Both the military and city guards here have their ranks bolstered by a Celestial presence.

It is rumoured that there are a number of cults to Gorgara operating deep under the city.

Roofing being an of great importance to a Solsta Architect, has to lead to an outstanding an array of polished domes and bright tiling. And with the large population of Corgos in the city, most builders have adopted to fitting buildings with much larger doors that would be necessary for a human.
