This large round metal shield has a curved, mirror-like surface. The whole thing appears perfectly clean and polished to a degree that seems unachievable. Anytime the wielder defeats a new type of enemy, a small, finely detailed depiction of the battle appears on the shield. From then on, whenever the wielder fights the same type of enemy, they receive a (non-stacking) +1 to their AC vs that type. If the owner is ever killed (whether resurrected or not), the shield goes blank and reverts back to its original state.
