Session 45 (21. 08. 2019)

Morgyn, Kim and Penrose met up with the two Thriae women, Vespa and Salai, who led them to a market full of exotic wares and curiosities. Vespa accompanied Penrose, who found a number of interesting magical items, including a magnificent breastplate. Meanwhile, Salai helped Morgyn stock up on medical and spellcasting supplies, and Kim found a shop selling beautiful dresses. They all had a great time. Vincent and Lia took their tour to the Font of Thunder, birthplace of elementals. Along the way, they saw the monastery's tragic state - only a few walls left standing. They also learned that they would not be able to get too close to the Font, because it had a strange, siren-like call that affected air genasi, drawing them towards it. Despite stopping at what the tour guide deemed a safe distance, this call began to affect Lia. A drawn-out internal battle came to head with a discharge of lightning from the Font - and the emergence of a newborn Blitzschlange. It attached itself to Lia, oddly fixated on her. Confused by a connection to yet another of these creatures, she let it tag along, back to Velis Ren'see. Following their guide's directions, they found a grand library near the city centre, but decided to return tomorrow. The two groups soon met up. Kim suggested she return to the market with Lia to show her the beautiful dresses and maybe shop for a bit. Vincent joined them, while Penrose and Morgyn returned to the Maiden's Breath withthe two Thriae women.
