Session 21 (02. 01. 2019)

On the day after speaking to the Emissary, the party was ambushed by Blood Orcs as they were crossing a deep ravine. A bloody battle ensued, some of the party rushing forward while others stayed on and around the fallen tree they’d used as bridge. Gunter, Kim and Aella fought the orcs on one side while Lia retreated to the other, taking potshots with her lightning. Carthigan forced an orc to jump into the ravine with mind control; soon after, Gunter tried intimidating a scout on the cliff and got shoved down as well by her boyfriend. Seeing this, Kim rushed to the scene and killed the male orc, causing the scout to grab her and jump, trying to kill them both. This prompted Shegal to jump after them. As they were scuffling at the bottom, the orc shaman and a scout managed to escape. In the end, Kim and Shegal managed to tie the orc up and hoist her up to the top of the cliff, arguing the whole time about Shegal having jumped off a cliff without thinking. The party interrogated the orcish woman, and after getting little information out of her, threw her back down, killing her. Aella flew up into the sky to look around and saw the village of the orcs, but got shot down by an unknown archer. As she was plummeting, Kim had to jump off the cliff again to intercept her and break her fall.
