Council of Mist

A seasonal summit that meets to discuss issues that affect the Gray Expanse as a whole. 
Parties that attend the Council regularly:

•  Naruk 
•  Braolin 
•  Yinseedrath 
• The Drusuhl 

No organization is forbidden from attending the Council outright. Any governmental body or group recognized in an official capacity by three or more existing northern governments is considered an official group of interest and can petition to send a representative to Council meetings.
