Eira is Nami Nei's mother who works as a scientist. She specializes in cryogenics as she has ice powers. She is mostly at the Citadel experimentation grounds doing cryogenic experiments with Marshall Luo, her co-worker, and lover. Eira isn't Kari or Shion's mother. She adopted Kari and Shion has a different mother but the same father.

This is because Somena took a DNA sample from Eira, extracted the DNA that gave her ice powers, and inserted it in faith's Uterus to see if Shion could get Ice powers without Eira being her mother.

Eira's father, Vondell was a cryogenicist, which inspired Eira to be one. Unfortunately, her father was very strict with her. She had trouble conceiving due to be surrounded by harmful chemicals. She was jealous of her cousin because she was pregnant. When Eira and Marshall were first assigned to experiment at the citadel, Marshall was flirty towards Eira and they ended up having sex. She convinced Marshall to break up with Velora, then Eira poisoned Velora stole her daughter. A year later, Eira became pregnant with a daughter and named her Nami.
