King Pem Osta (a.k.a. the Conqueror)
The warlord Pem Osta was the founder of the Kingdom of Koth and its first king. His heirs and descendants comprised Koth's first royal dynasty, the Ostian dynasty. He was aided in his conquest by his wife and second-in-command, Lethim Kieste.
