Ishallan Calendar (Years)

The Ishallan Calendar's system relies on the year being written as a decimal, meaning that the 100th year in the era would appear as 0.100. However due to the nature of this site, decimal numbers are not allowed for this system, so things will be written in normal years. 1.128 would be the 1,128th year, and so forth.
