Kasluma
The High Elf city of Kasluma has been a sanctum for its inhabitants and one of a score of Elven Dominions across and around Kalbela since before The Sundering. Kasluma is hidden within the shadows of the Baltos Forest sitting precariously between the Material and Feywild Planes, as many Elven cities do. The city's proximity to a crossing to the Feywild has saturated the area with its magical influences. Kasluma's waystones can act as a gateway between the planes, allowing the city to travel into the plane in refuge, should disaster strike on the Material Plane that cannot be curtailed or avoided.
Those that venture beneath the verdant canopies and along the winding trails of the Baltos Forest, a sense of ethereal tranquility permeates the air. Melodies of elven songs and whispers of ancient incantations intertwine with the rustling leaves and gentle breeze, creating a symphony of natural harmony that greets visitors at the gates of Kasluma.
Kasluma reveals itself as a stunning architectural marvel, seamlessly blending with the surrounding woodland.
