Terinarce

The provincial capital of Terinarcetell, located in the north of the Occtor region, of which it is also the regional capital. As well as being a hub for trade with the north (especially the Greatridge Desert region and Karsyl Freeholds) and west it's where the vast majority of Savian coins are minted and where most of its banks are based as a result.
