Common Maulan Racial Traits
• Ability Score Racial Traits: Maulans are agile and confident but are also notorious for their impulsiveness. They gain +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma, and –2 Wisdom.
• Size: Maulans are Medium creatures and thus receive no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
• Type: Maulans are Humanoids with the maulan subtype
• Base Speed: Maulans have a base speed of 30 feet.

• Survivor: Maulans receive a +4 racial bonus on Constitution checks and Fortitude saves to avoid fatigue and exhaustion, as well as any other ill effects from running, forced marches, starvation, thirst, and hot or cold environments.
Feat and Skill Racial Traits
• Skilled Climber: Maulans are naturally skilled climbers, giving them a +2 racial bonus on climb checks.
• Innate Balance: Maulans are naturally flexible and acrobatic, giving them a +2 racial bonus on acrobatics checks. In addition, maulans gain a +1 racial bonus to their CMD against trip attempts and can land on their feet even after taking lethal fall damage.
Offence Racial Traits
• Clawed Limbs: A maulan’s tough nails allow them to rake and pierce as well us bludgeon, giving them the option of dealing piercing, slashing or bludgeoning damage with their unarmed strikes, although they must still possess the Improved Unarmed Strike feat to make an unarmed strike without provoking an attack of opportunity.
Senses Racial Traits
• Low-Light Vision: Maulans can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.
