Tribune Livia Laethe (a.k.a. Liv)
The grandaughter of the inventor of Machin, Lucien Laethe, and widely regarded as the most gifted machinist since him, having been taught not only by her grandfather but by many of those who helped him, such as Unity Machinartis.
While heavily associated with the Clearwater Company Livia is first and foremost as soldier of the Savian Empire and has probably worked with Calican and co the least of all the 'core' members. With that said, she considers them friends and has helped them out on numerous occasions, whether it be with information, lending them equipment or pointing them towards another Machinist that can help them when she's unable.
