The Young Ruler of Kregall, The second son of Borvonicus Namusa The 4th.
Spending his early life, living with the Namusa Nomads in the north. When His Brother Borvonicus Namusa the 5th, first in line for the throne died unexpectedly too mysterious circumstances. Altruga was brought to Faxaoss where he had to be quickly taught the way of statecraft he had previously disregarded. This issue became particularly important when his Father died in 3341 putting him in charge.
Regarded as a hard, but fair ruler. With his decisions influenced heavily by honor.
Currently leading an army the War of the Scepter, despite advisers requests being the only male heir to throne.

Personal history

At the age of 6 he requested to be sent to live his the Original Namusa tribe still roaming the lands of the north. To be like the heroes of stories. His father granted this wish as Altruga was never meant to sit in the throne, and thought he could be a great general.
He spent the next 10 years living off the lands, learning to fight, hunt, and the ways of the old. Having only visited his family in Faxaoss for 2 winters.
When his Brother died, he was quickly recalled back to Faxaoss to be groomed to be emperor. A situation he found most unfavorable. Influenced by public opinion he grew a deep hatred for the Halion Republic. As it was believed his brother was assassinated by them.
When his father died 2 years later, granting him the throne. He became determined to be like his fathers before him and have a great war and conquer lands. He set his sights on The Availion's Islands. The Kroxite flowing from Archeon Island proved to me quite useful in arming his forces with magical weapons, and making powerful weapons.
Seeing the region as way for him to implant his name on the region, and to harness the powers of Kroxite to eventually take down Halion.
